Limitation of Liability

• Any future projects or services with contractors we introduced will be coordinated through our referral service
• You acknowledge that our business model depends on ongoing referral relationships with contractors
• Violation of this non-circumvention provision may result in termination of service and legal remedies

This provision does not prevent you from working with contractors you knew independently before using our service, or from seeking emergency repairs that cannot wait for our coordination.

Provider Disclosure Limitations

While we connect you with our selected service provider, we make limited disclosures about contractor capabilities:

• Contractor selection is based on business relationships, not comprehensive vetting or performance guarantees
• We do not independently verify contractor licenses, insurance, or qualifications (you should verify these directly)
• Past project examples do not guarantee similar results for your project
• Contractor availability, pricing, and service quality may vary over time
• We do not monitor ongoing contractor performance or resolve service disputes

You are encouraged to conduct your own due diligence, obtain multiple quotes when possible, verify contractor credentials, check references, and review all contracts carefully before proceeding with any concrete work.

Consumer Responsibilities

When using our referral service, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Responding promptly to contractor communications and quote requests
• Verifying contractor licenses, insurance, and qualifications independently
• Reviewing and understanding all contracts before signing
• Communicating directly with contractors about project details, changes, and concerns
• Resolving payment and service disputes directly with the contractor
• Complying with the non-circumvention provisions outlined in these terms

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Lewisville, TX.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
